And David de Gea is one that is now on the market and is really good. After his contract expired this summer, the Manchester United great left Old Trafford, and it now appears that a transfer. Real Madrid and the Manchester United hero are in advanced negotiations.

On paper, Real Madrid’s decision to sign De Gea makes a lot of sense. He is a free-agency goalie with a lot of experience. And despite recent doubts about him, the Spaniard did take home the Premier League Golden Glove award last year.

Real Madrid and De Gea have a history together as well. Back in the summer of 2015, they had agreed to sign him, but the agreement fell through since the paperwork wasn’t delivered on time.
