Jude Bellingham won the hearts of REAL MADRID supporters as he arrived for training in a cab.
Earlier in the transfer season, the England international moved from Borussia Dortmund to Real Madrid in a £115 million deal.
Bellingham, 20, signed a contract of £12 million per year before moving to Spain, and since then, his pay has increased significantly.
He’s just been here for two months since his move and seems to still be getting used to things.
At the Los Blancos training facility, many of Bellingham’s teammates showed up in fancy vehicles, but he arrived in a Toyota cab.
While Luka Modric showed off in a Bentley, people like Eduardo Camavinga, Toni Kroos, and manager Carlo Ancelotti came in BMWs.
Aurélien Tchouaméni of France and Vinicius Jr. of Brazil made an impressive entrance in Lamborghinis.
However, Bellingham’s taxi arrival won him favor with the team’s fans on social media.
“All the Real Madrid players arriving in Valdebebas in big cars and Jude Bellingham in a taxi,” one person tweeted.
Another person commented, “Jude is very classic, love this man.”
“Simply Jude Bellingham arriving by taxi at training,” wrote a third.
Four people responded, “Humble man.”
“I’ve seen some pictures and videos of Jude in Madrid,” a fifth person said. I see that he is making an effort to fit in.
“UK players are notorious for having difficulty adjusting. Well done, Jude.
Another jokingly said, “He’s still not used to driving on the left.”
Bellingham, Madrid’s most notable summer acquisition, is anticipated to make his competitive debut this weekend.
Real will play the eighth-place team from the previous season at Athletic Bilbao.
