Vinicius Jr and Rodrygo Goes: The talented duo that changed European football, helping Real Madrid aim for new glory

Out of the 23 players selected for the upcoming friendly, seven will represent Brazilian clubs at the local level, interim Brazil coach Rámon Menezes stated on Sunday. Five will make their debut donning the senior national team uniform.

Menezes once more omitted numerous players who were favorites of his predecessor Tite, including injured attacker Néymar and teammates Raphinha, Antóny, and Gabriel Jesses.

The goalkeeper Alisson, the defenders Eder Militao and Márqinhos, the midfielder Cásemiro, the playmaker Lcas Páqeta, and the forwards Richarlison, Pedro, Rodrigo, and Vinicius were among the players he chose to start for Qatar.

On the square list, Malcom (Zenit), Vanderson (Monaco), Nino (Flminense), Ayrton Lcas (Flamengo), Joelinton (Newcastle), and Nino (Flminense) are all making commitments for the Selecao.

There are now seven Brazilian players on call for international duty, including three from Palmeiras (Weverton, Rony, and Raphael Veiga) and two from Flamengo (Ayrton Lcas and PEDro). The average squares for these clubs are now the highest in Brazilian football. Nino and André, the other two, are Flminense natives who have succeeded this year.

Menezes decided to line up more seasoned players this time, as opposed to his previous group, which had nine members of the U20 squad for the March friendly in which Brazil lost to Morocco 2-1.

Menezes announced the lineup for the senior squad the day after guiding his U20 side to a 2-0 victory against Nigeria at the U20 World Cup in Argentina, where the coach returned on Sunday to get the team ready for the round of 16.

While the Brazilian Federation continues to hunt for a permanent replacement, the U20 coach will continue to act as the senior team’s temporary coach.

Their main choice was CARLO ANCELOTTI, who just declared his intention to stay at Real Madrid.
