Coach Jurgen Klopp made remarkable statements after the big win against Leicester City, special praise for 4 excellent players of liverpool

Liverpool won a strong 4-0 victory over Leicester City as Klopp’s men continued their unbeaten run before the season.

Darwin Nunez opened the scoring for The Kop midway through the first half before Bobby Clark and Diogo Jota gave them a 3-0 lead at halftime.

Ben Doak once again impressed when coming on from the bench to score and seal an impressive victory for Liverpool.

Liverpool played well before the season.

Speaking to the Liverpool Echo, coach Jurgen Klopp said: “Obviously in the first half we scored three goals, but in the second half Cody Gakpo, Dominik Szoboszlai, Luis Diaz and Ben Doak played very well.”

Liverpool had great depth in attack and was further enhanced by Diaz’s return to full prowess in pre-season. Szoboszlai can work wide, thereby giving Klopp another top quality pick.

As for Doak, the youngster has been consistently playing well in recent matches and could become a first-team player under Klopp next season.

Finally, Gakpo has performed well since his move from PSV in January, when the Dutchman regained possession of the ball at the end of last season.
