After a £12 million sum for his services was agreed upon, Henderson departed for Croatia on Wednesday to finish the procedure.
In an emotional video shared on social media, the 33-year-old was also shown practicing passes with his new club before announcing his departure from Anfield after a 12-year spell.

Henderson was one of many Al-Ettifaq players dancing a rondo at the club’s current headquarters in central Europe in a now-deleted video that circulated on social media.
Henderson’s move to the Middle East has not yet been announced by Al-Ettifaq, Liverpool, or Henderson himself, although an official announcement is expected soon.
