Jose Cifuentes’ transfer to Rangers is almost finalized.

Midfielder Jose Cifuentes is expected to be the newest player to leave LAFC. The Ecuadorian international has already signed a pre-contract to join Scottish powerhouse Rangers and is scheduled to go to Glasgow.
