Arsenal have arrived in Los Angeles for the third and final leg of our pre-season tour in the US, and got down to work in an intensive training session at the LA Rams training facility on Monday.

Ahead of Arsenal match with Barcelona in the SoFi Stadium on Wednesday, full focus was back on preparation, as the team continues to build fitness with the new campaign fast approaching.

Folarin Balogun trained separately from the rest of the Arsenal squad as the continued their pre-season preparations in L.A.

The team’s first warm-ups and stretches included the American striker. Balogun went back into the locker room before coming out to work out with a fitness coach alone while the rest of the team headed off to do ball-related drills.

Also absent from the group was Alex Zinchenko. The Ukrainian is still recovering from a calf injury that caused him to miss the final few games of the previous season. This season, he has failed to appear in any of Arsenal’s three preseason friendlies.
