Even though the Rockets or Cavaliers won the Las Vegas Summer League, they wouldn’t only get bragging rights.

The winner of the NBA’s top Summer League competition will get rings for the second consecutive year. The winning team in Las Vegas has previously been awarded trophies and t-shirts.

ESPN’s Malika Andrews shared a preview of this year’s championship rings at the start of the tournament.

A Summer League emblem is displayed at the top of the ring once more, along with the words “Champions” and “2023” and several diamonds. The NBA logo is located next to the text “NBA2K Summer League” on one side. On the reverse, “Las Vegas 2023” is printed along with a picture of the modernized Summer League championship trophy.

The NBA explained the significance of the trophy when it unveiled the new motif in 2022.

The Rockets or Cavaliers will become the second team in NBA history to receive championship rings at Summer League, joining the Trail Blazers, who defeated the Knicks in last year’s championship game.
