Fabrizio Romano has provided an update involving the state of play between Liverpool and Romeo Lavia.

The Reds are now aiming to strengthen their midfield lineup in light of potential future changes in the center of the field.

Due to expiring contracts, Liverpool has already lost the services of a number of midfielders this summer.

The Saudi Pro League is reportedly interested in signing Thiago Alcantara, Fabinho, and Jordan Henderson.

Liverpool needs to start looking for additional midfield targets now in order to prevent a potential crisis in August.

‘One of the names on the list’

Lavia has been linked with a switch to Anfield for a number of weeks now, and he’s certainly an attainable target.

Southampton have dropped to the Championship, and the Belgian is way too good not to stay in the Premier League.

However, negotiations aren’t proving straightforward for Liverpool, who are said to be unhappy about Lavia’s price tag.

“This week, they will clarify that [Fabinho’s future],” Romano said on GiveMeSport.

Lavia may have cost more than Liverpool had hoped, but Southampton owns the player, so it is ultimately their decision.

They aren’t exactly in financial trouble, and the 19-year-old has no other suitors either.

This means that if the Reds want to sign Lavia this summer, they will need to work very hard and be prepared to spend a lot of money.

The Royal Oak Concept Flying Tourbillon is a supercharged version of AP’s signature sports line. It’s made of sand-blasted titanium and black ceramic, has a 10-day power reserve, and has that famous octagonal case that, legend has it, the legendary Gerald Genta designed in a single night after being inspired by the helmets worn by deep sea divers.

Hublot’s sapphire Big Bang takes the idea of a skeleton watch very literally. It is made of a very clever (and secret) transparent material called “synthetic sapphire,” which lets all the working parts of the watch be seen from any angle.
