According to rumors, Jordan Henderson and Fabinho are both close to heading to Saudi Arabia, thus Alexander-Arnold may feature more often in the midfield in the future season.

He performed admirably in this capacity during the end of the previous season and in June, when he scored an outstanding goal for England against Malta.
