CRISTIANO RONALDO invested his Saudi mιllions in a luxury watch dealer.
The Portuguese star became a shareholder of Chrono24 after purchasing an undisclosed stake in the company.
Ronaldo, 38, shared the excitement of being announced as a shareholder on the company’s website.
“As a longtime watch collector and frequent user of Chrono24, I am delighted to be a shareholder of the company,” he said.
“Chrono24 unites mιllions of watch lovers from around the world to come together to share their passion – that global unity is something I know well and am delighted to be a part of.”
The company, believed to be worth around £770 million, was founded in 2003 and claims that more than 9 million people visit the site monthly.
Ronaldo makes no sҽcrҽt of his love of watches and owns a watch collection worth £5 million.
He was given a £92,000 watch by Jacob and Co in May.
This is not the first time Ronaldo has been given a watch as he was presented with an 18K white gold watch worth £630k when he first joined Al-Nassr after being sacked by Man United waste.
That watch was made to order and featured Ronaldo’s iconic celebratory picture on its front and back.
The most expensive watch in his collection is said to be worth £1.6 million and is a Franck Muller, Van Cleef & Arpels watch with 474 white diamonds.
