Vinicius and Neymar are pictured spending time together in Brazil before they hιt the road to prepare for the new season for their club. The Real Madrid winger, who grew up with his idol Neymar, expressed his thanks in a social media post on Friday night. The caption reads: “When you become friends with your idol and he comes to spend the day with you. ‘Never give up on your dreams’ has never meant so much. Thanks. you very much and I love you.”

Neymar has been linked with leaving PSG this summer, with Barcelona among the potential suitors for the Brazilian. He underwent ankle surgery in the spring but is expected to be ready for the club’s pre-season tour of Japan in two weeks.

The duo will leave during the club season before potentially linking up on Brazil’s mission during the international break in September.
