A GREAT MOVE Erik Ten Hag is allegedly urging Manchester United to HIJACK Arsenal’s acquisition of Aurelian Tchouameni for £85 million from Real Madrid

Manchester United is allegedly attempting to sabotage Arsenal’s £85 million acquisition of Aurelien Tchouameni from Real Madrid.

Declan Rice is on the verge of joining the Gunners after a £105 million transfer deal was reached with West Ham.

Following the completion of the £65 million acquisition of Kai Havertz from Chelsea, Mikel Arteta also had reason to rejoice.

Jurrien Timber, a defender for Ajax, has apparently also been agreed to by Arsenal for a sum of £40 million, plus £4 million in add-ons.

The Madrid star Tchouameni, though, was added to Arteta’s transfer shortlist, as we had reported earlier this week.

The 23-year-old French midfielder was acquired by the Spanish juggernauts for £85 million from Monaco last season, outbidding clubs like United and Liverpool.

Tchouameni, though, struggled to establish himself on Carlo Ancelotti’s squad last year and is rumored to be available this summer at the right price.

According to Nacional, United has reentered the race to try to sign him.

According to them, manager Erik ten Hag “is pressing” the team to sign the ace.

The Dutchman, though, is operating with constrained funds.

Mason Mount’s transfer from Chelsea is expected to be completed by United this week after the two clubs reached a £60 million agreement.

However, as he continues to look for a new striker and goaltender, that move means the Dutchman will have wasted more than half of his restricted £100 million transfer budget, imposed by FFP laws.

Permanent No. 1 Following the expiration of his contract at Old Trafford, David De Gea awoke yesterday on his wedding day UNEMPLOYED.

He was given the option to stay at Old Trafford on incredibly favorable circumstances.

But according to sources, the club eventually withdrew their offer of £200k per week, preferring that he accept an even greater cut.

De Gea’s contract at United is up, but he has been sensationally urged not to join another team.

And the Red Devils are now essentially requesting the player to stay on in the event that they are unable to replace him within their transfer budget.

Ten Hag has been after Onana of Inter Milan and Costa of Porto, but both players require United to be able to raise additional money by selling some of the 13 players the manager is willing to let go.

A new link now states that they have spoken about a possible transfer for Feyenoord goalkeeper Justin Bijlow.
