He hasn’t played since being detained in January of last year following a woman’s allegations of physical and sexual abuse.

He was supposed to go on trial this year, but in February, the charges were dismissed.

Even though Greenwood has been suspended, he is still listed on United’s books.

The club has not yet decided what to do with him and has not finished its internal inquiry.

The chances of the Red Devils attempting to offload him during the current transfer window are slim.
