When the Cameroon international joins the club at Old Trafford, Manchester United is reportedly prepared to more than treble Andre Onana’s present wage.
There is no indication that David de Gea will extend his Old Trafford contract, which is set to expire at the end of June. The Spanish player has every right to leave as a free agent.
Andre Onana is therefore the top replacement target in Man Utd’s eyes. Man Utd is now expected to make Inter Milan a 50 million euro offer this week, and a transaction will be swiftly confirmed.
Onana will have a huge salary when joining to Old Trafford.
Once welcomed Onana for free, so Inter Milan believes that collecting 50 million euros is a big profitable business. Not to mention, the Serie A representative also needs money to balance finances as well as find a way to recruit Andre Onana.
According to many sources, the Onana deal could be completed this week. Gazzetta dello Sport confirmed, Onana currently earns 3 million euros per season and Man United are ready to more than double his income when he moves to Old Trafford to play football.
Man Utd is also in the process of selling Dean Henderson. If Nottingham Forest signs Henderson, the Red Devils believe they will get back half of the money spent to recruit Onana.
